The honest summary: we store your purchase, your license activations, and the emails you send us. That's about it.
What we collect
- Purchases — name, email and order details. Card processing happens at Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
- License activations — the site URL and plugin version when a key activates or checks for updates. This is how site caps and the Founder cap are enforced.
- Support — emails you send us, kept so we have context next time.
What we never see
Your store's orders, your customers, and their artwork. The builder runs entirely on your hosting — uploaded designs and print files stay in your WordPress installation.
What we don't do
No selling data, no ad networks, no third-party trackers on this site beyond optional, anonymized analytics. Transactional email only — receipts, license keys, renewal notices.
Your rights
Email us to export or delete what we hold about you. Deleting purchase records that tax law requires us to keep will wait until the law lets go.
