Refund Policy
Fourteen days, every plan, no questions asked.
If the plugin doesn't fit your shop, reply to your purchase email (or use the contact page) within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full — Pro, Developer or Founder Lifetime alike. Refunded Founder seats go back into the 100-seat pool.
Subscription renewals: cancel any time before a renewal and it simply doesn't bill. If a renewal catches you by surprise, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
