The product
DTF Gang Sheet Plugin is WordPress software sold by InnerSite Solutions ("we"). You buy a license key; the software runs on your own hosting. We are not a hosted service and never process your customers' orders or payments.
What a license buys
Each license activates the Pro plugin on the number of production sites its tier allows (one for Pro and Founder Lifetime, five for Developer). Staging and local copies of a licensed site don't consume activations. While your license is active you receive all plugin updates and email support. You may move activations between sites at any time.
Renewal, cancellation, lapse
Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancel any time and you keep everything you paid for through the end of the period. When a subscription lapses the plugin does not disable your store — it continues to run with the features your data already uses, and you stop receiving updates and support. Founder Lifetime licenses never renew and never lapse.
Founder Lifetime cap
Founder Lifetime is limited to the first 100 licenses sold, enforced by our license server. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: every update we ship, for as long as we ship updates, with no further payment.
Fair dealing
Don't resell, share or publish license keys; don't use the software to break the law. We may revoke keys that abuse the license server or violate the Acceptable Use policy — with a refund if the revocation is within the refund window and the abuse wasn't fraud.
Warranty & liability
The software is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We test hard, but you are responsible for backups of your own site and for what you print.
